Tracking Information
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Simply Beauteeful is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Simply Beauteeful is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Custom & Personalized Orders
All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of purchase for eligible items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
