Refund & Exchange Policy

At Simply Beauteeful, all customer orders are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or processed. However, we do allow exchanges on eligible items under the conditions listed below.

Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and unworn
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened, worn, washed, or damaged items
- Clearance or final sale items

Customers are responsible for any exchange shipping costs unless the incorrect item was received.
